From barreling pits to 'shave ice' and coconut water, Gabriel Novis, Director of SORRIA, juxtaposes the quiet parts of the island with the chaos of Pipeline, and takes us on a cinematic adventure on the North Shore of Oahu. Yago Dora and Novis have been stacking clips all winter on the North Shore for this new edit in conjunction with Carver Skateboards.
“This is a sacred place where I spend most of my year,” says Dora. “There are many ways of expressing art, and every artist has his own inspirations, but most importantly, his own tools.”
