Ultimate Painting - Song For Brian Jones

September 2, 2016

Ultimate Painting’s new single, “Song For Brian Jones”, off their latest LP Dusk, out September 30th on Trouble In Mind Records, is a dazed reverie full of moody interlocking guitars. The song, which was named for the late Rolling Stones founder, has the London duo seemingly moving towards the softer side of psychedelic pop. Soft harmonies and lush arrangements  capture a certain type of dreaminess and peacefulness.

The accompanying video for "Song For Brian Jones" features members Jack Cooper and James Hoare with their guitar, keyboards, and reel-to-reel machine all double-exposed with mountains, trees and rivers.
