Pusha T - Untouchable

push t Besides Pusha T's already laundry list of creative titles - Play Cloths streetwear owner, emcee, occasional Adidas collaborator - the Virginia Beach rapper has added yet another earlier this week, after being named the new president of G.O.O.D Music. Pusha continues his roll with the release of a brand new track "Untouchable", the first song off his next album, King Push.

Pusha T, who brags about being named president of the label in the new song, spits brag-dropping lyrics over a minimalist beat from Timbaland and a sample of Notorious B.I.G. from his verse on Pudgee’s 1995 single “Think Big.” It seems like Pusha took lyircal notes from his eloquent predecessor, as he makes his way through each verse effortlessly and freely flowing about how his partnership with Adidas has earned him a million dollars, how Donald Trump is a kook, and why he won't be guesting on anyone else's songs (even though he's been working with Major Lazer, Puff Daddy, and Yogi in the last year).

The rapper also provided detailed annotations about the lyrics for “Untouchable” via Genius where he addresses his Trump reference (“In Mexico, f–k Donald and his pledge”) saying, “As a people, as a union and as a country, we’re not gonna let Trump become president. I think Donald is one of the most ignorant people.”
