Schoolboy Q - That Part Feat Kanye

June 8, 2016

Schoolboy Q has released the highly anticipated video for “That Part”, which features Kanye West. The video, directed by Colin Tilley and the Little Homies, is a teaser of sorts for Q’s upcoming album. In the five-minute video we follow him and a group of apparently “faceless” guys around a eerie room and inside a school bus converted into a decked out party whip.

For Kanye’s first verse the camera tracks him as he walks backwards through his house, which features a stripper pole in the living room. As we pass by it, Kanye raps, “Wifey gonna kill me, she the female OJ.” The video closes with Kanye standing in front of the bus holding up Q and his crew from driving past Ye as he spits the outro emphatically. Before the video fades out, a number (1-800-351-1132) flashes across the screen, which you can actually dial and leave a message for Top Dawg Entertainment. Try it out!

ScHoolboy Q’s fourth album, untitled as of yet, is expected to be released July 8th. In addition to “That Part”, another single titled “Groovy Tony” was released in April in anticipation of the album.
