Here's a quick rundown on The Walking Dead - that show about a zombie apocalypse that everyone is still going wild over even after seven seasons. The whole show portrays life in the weeks and months following a zombie apocalypse, led by a police officer, his family and a group of other survivors who are trying to find a safe and secure home.
There are other survivors, but not all are as good natured as the main characters, which leads us to the character Dwight. Dwight is a main protagonist and prominent member of this vicious group called The Saviors. It just so happens that Austin Amelio, the dude that plays Dwight on the show, is actually a pretty damn decent skater in real life.
Amelio's been a fixture on the Austin, Texas skate scene for years, and has also been a longtime friend of Volcom - he was recently in a lookbook for the company, and made a cool little film about his life and the connection between acting and skating.
His part from The Devil's Toy, an Austin, Texas, video, surfaced by way of the Slap forum, and we dug a little more and found a couple other skate videos with Amelio doing his thing.
