The Avalanches have released a new video for their latest track "Subways," featuring an animated trip through New York's subway system. The animated clip, created by French illustrators Mrzyk & Moriceau, features a myriad of characters taking New York City mass transit, including a gangly walking flower, a banana man that gets chopped in half when the subway doors close, dog with big boobs, and bubblegum-chewing birds.
The Avalanches returned in July with Wildflower, their first album since debuting in 2000 with Since I Left You. The group released a different video for "Subways" in June. The visuals do a great job of keeping The Avalanches 70s vibe alive, have a look for yourself
