Ferg’s new joint also pays tribute to the late A$AP Yams both on wax and with its cover art, similar to how A$AP Rocky’s “Yamborghini High,” did.
On “Tatted Angel,” Ferg goes introspective, and airs out some of his troubles, rapping about the pitfalls of success, love lost, and his career over production by Hit-Boy. Ferg took to Twitter to explain the intention of the new track saying, "'Tatted Angel' a few real words to my day 1s to let y'all know what I been going through."
“Tatted Angel” is Ferg's most personal work, and it shows off some of his most impressive lyricism to date as well. Listen below.
