The adidas squad head to Japan to officially introduce Diego Najera to the team in ‘RŌZU’, kicking things off in Tokyo before venturing out to cities and street spots further afield in the search for spots.
The smooth marble spots and tucked away banks of Japan offer up plenty of opportunity to showcase Diego’s stylish shredding and a large portion of the team including Dennis Busenitz, Jack Fardell, Lucas Puig, Magnus Bordewick, Miles Silvas, Nora Vasconcellos, Rodrigo Teixeira, Silas Baxter-Neal, Daewon Song, Tom Snape, and so many more. Most notably, the video shines a light on Tokyo’s vibrant late night scene and is directly inspired by “bloom of the Sakura;” the tones and hues of the visual presentation come courtesy of a special heat-sensing camera. Songs from Massive Attack, J. Dilla, El Michaels Affair and Cornelius all make for the perfect soundtrack for this rad new video.
