Maryland Deathfest

Perhaps the greatest show fans of extreme metal can attend all year is right around the corner. Maryland Deathfest has featured tons of
amazing bands each year (with this year's show featuring over 50+bands) and I guarantee your brains will blow out of the back of your head after having a massive overload of sheer brutality from this year's lineup. Maryland Deathfest is a three day event, and tickets can be purchased for all three days for $130, or $40-$47 for a single day, based on which day you chose. Maryland Deathfest takes place on May 28th-30th at the Sonar venue in Baltimore, so get your tickets now before they run out, and you're stuck at home watching reruns of "Friends" while some other guy gets to watch the best show of the year.

The bands attending (as of right now) this year's Maryland Deathfest are Gorguts, Autopsy, Obituary, Possessed, Sodom, Entombed, D.R.I., Repulsion, Pentagram, Watain, Asphyx, Coffins, Nazxul, Trap Them, Gride, Birds of Prey, Malignancy, Jesus Crost, Stormcrow, Tombs, Defeatist, Putrescence, Blood Duster, Incantation, Wolfbrigade, Melechesh, Portal, Impaled, Sadistic Intent, The Chasm, Deceased, Verbal abuse, Fang, Obliteration, Ingrowing, Total Fucking Destruction, Fuck the Facts, Sulaco, Jucifer, Howl, The Communion, Honkey Kong, Surroundings, Rottenness, Massgrave, Black Breath, CODC, Krallice, Magrudergrind, Gridlink, Rompeprop, Gorod, Captain Cleanoff, Capitalist Casualties, Sinister, From Ashes Arise, Converge, Necrophobic, Pestilence, and Eyehategod.

A lot of these bands are not from the United States, so paying to fly to Germany to go see Rompeprop will cost a lot more than going here to see so many great bands at once. With such influential bands such as D.R.I., Pestilence, Converge, Obituary and Sodom, as well as the insane grindcore acts such as Magrudergrind and Gridlink (two of the greatest bands of all time, by the way) and...just...I can't even really name off a certain few, almost every band in this lineup is well worth the money alone, so this is an incredible deal if you can make it. And if you are not familiar with these bands at ALL, you should check out some of the bands I named to get a feel if it's for you. I guarantee if you listen to them, it'll change your life forever, and you may go out and save a little kid or adopt some puppies...or something else to help out humanity...(paypaling me $50 for sharing bands better than Slipknot with you also counts as a good deed ;D)
